Strand Palace Hotel - Originally built as an Art Deco showpiece, a major refurbishment of bedrooms is currently underway. Hotel Rooms

The rooms are medium and in good condition with dark wood furniture, a warm colour scheme and cheerful blue and pink soft furnishings. The white and grey marble bathrooms are in very good condition. As this hotel is so large guests will find a floor plan when they exit the lifts to help them find their room.

The Hotel offers a total of 783 comfortable rooms on nine floors. Options include standard single, double and twin bedrooms and upgraded Club rooms all bedrooms have colour TV with remote control, free satellite channels, pay movie channels, answerphone, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and trouser press. The Strand Club Bedrooms provide superior amenities and benefits, as well as a Club Lounge where guests can relax. Access to the Internet and e-mail is also available in the Club Lounge.
