The rooms are medium in size and are kept in good condition, furnished and decorated in a modern style with light wooden furniture, and they are very clean. The bathrooms are medium in size and in very good condtion.

Restaurant: The hotel features two restaurants, one is a coffee shop located on the mezzanine and the other one is an italian style restaurant and continental breakfast is served here. There is a bar which is a traditional british lounge bar and English breakfast is served here.
Lobby: The lobby is large and is on split levels, a few steps lead to the long reception area, which is covered with light wood.
Under 16's are only permitted to use the pool and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Swimming pool closes in April for maintenance. The leisure centre is owned and run by the central YMCA and hotel guests have free membership during their stay.
There is a fully equipped ironing room on the 6th Floor. Vending Machines are also available in the lobby area and on every other floor. Meeting and conference facilities are available along with Equipment Hire, Secretarial Service & Business Support.
Beneath the hotel is an NCP pay car park. The Concierge desk is available 24 hours a day, offering porterage, luggage store, car hire, taxi bookings and general information. Theatre tickets and sightseeing tours can also be booked through the concierge between 7:30am and 7:00pm.
