  Chef de cuisine, Chris Staines places great emphasis on seasonality and simplicity, dictating the frequently changing menu which is complemented by one of London's most extensive wine cellars.
  
  Á la carte menu highlights include ‘Duo of fois gras, caramelised endive tart tatin, vinaigrette of leeks’ and ‘Raviolo of scallops, Dublin bay prawns, asparagus, truffles and artichoke velouté’. The new ‘Du Jour’ menu is also available at £32 including two glasses of Sommeliers’s choice wine.

  A three course lunch with unlimited wine, chosen by The Park's sommelier, is available Monday to Friday from 12noon to 3pm for GBP31.00 per person (Service Charge of 12.5% not included).
